All quoted fees are subjected to the applicable taxes.

Rates are based on an 8 hour day, unless otherwise negotiated and agreed to in writing.

Cancellation 48 hours before the date of the booking is chargeable at 50%

Cancellation 24 hours or less before the agreed booking date is chargeable at 100%

This includes being notified on weekends & public holidays that do not comply with business hours.

Overtime is to be calculated at 15% of the base rate, per hour or any portion of the shoot.

All quotes given exclude VAT (20%) and will be added to the invoice.

Late payments are to be calculated at 8% of the agreed base rate plus the current Bank of England base rate, per each month of delay.

All the conditions above are automatically agreed upon booking, unless otherwise stated in writing.
